This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for repair services on SmartRay Vision (SRV) equipment issued by the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) under solicitation number N6883626Q0019. The solicitation is designated for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) and was issued on May 28, 2026, with quotes due by June 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed-price agreement with a base period from June 16, 2026, through June 15, 2027, and four one-year option periods extending through June 15, 2031, plus a six-month extension option through December 15, 2031. The maximum order value per performance period is $15,000, with government minimum orders of $5,000 and maximum individual orders not exceeding $15,000. All work will be performed at the contractor's facility, with the contractor bearing shipping costs. Inspection and acceptance occur at both the contractor's location and the government facility (NAVSCOLEOD, Niceville, Florida). Payment will be made through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) using invoice documentation. The government representative for this contract is Alyssia Teachout, reachable at (850) 234-4960 or alyssia.n.teachout.civ@us.navy.mil. Solicitation contact is Patrick Joiner at (904) 748-9567.

(a) Evaluation Factors: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:

The Government may evaluate any and all information submitted by the quoter to support the reasonableness of the prices quoted. The method of evaluation used is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer furnished to the successful Offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
