About this file
This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department. The document outlines mandatory certifications that vendors and contractors must complete before entering into contractual agreements with the City of Little Rock. The certifications apply based on contract value thresholds: contractors on contracts valued at $1,000 or greater must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel; contractors on contracts valued at $25,000 or greater must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and contractors on contracts valued at $75,000 or greater must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. All certifications must remain in effect for the aggregate term of the contract. The document requires the vendor or contractor to sign and date the form, providing their name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date of execution.
The certifications are mandated under Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102. This document applies to the City of Little Rock's Invitation to Quote for Cut & Clean - Neighborhood Resource Centers services. Vendors responding to this solicitation must complete and submit the Combined Certifications form as part of their bid package. Failure to provide the appropriate certifications based on contract value may result in bid rejection or contract termination.
