The procurement is classified under commodity code 43232100 (Content authoring and editing software) with an estimated not-to-exceed dollar amount of $3,000.00 for fiscal year 2026-2027. The advertisement period runs from March 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM through April 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM. This posting is not a competitive solicitation but rather a description of intended single source purchase posted pursuant to Florida Statutes 287.057(3), 120.57(3), and Rule 60A-1.045, F.A.C.

The justification for single source acquisition is based on Articulate Global, LLC's status as the sole provider of Articulate 360 in the United States, with the exception of ICS Learning Group. The intended source is Articulate Global, located at 244 5th Avenue, Suite 2960, New York, NY 10001.
