About this file

This is Addendum #1 to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by Opportunity Home San Antonio (formerly the San Antonio Housing Authority) for Construction Monitoring Services in Texas. The addendum revises the minimum qualifications required of respondents in three key areas: experience, licensing and personnel, and performance history. Respondents must demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience providing similar services, including all specialized tasks outlined in the Scope of Work. All staff performing work must maintain required professional licenses and certifications issued by appropriate regulatory authorities. Additionally, respondents must provide evidence of successfully serving a minimum of five or more clients within the past two years for projects of similar size and scope to those contemplated in the Scope of Work.

The addendum was issued by Ana Smith, Contract Specialist, on March 19, 2026, under IFB File 2603-5665. No specific pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, or other financial details are included in this addendum document. The revisions to minimum qualifications establish clear baseline requirements for contractor eligibility and should be reviewed in conjunction with the original IFB and Attachment A (Scope of Work) to understand the complete set of requirements for submission.
