About this file
This is a submission instructions document issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for a blanket purchase order solicitation regarding the continuation of a commercial-off-the-shelf Workbay Career Navigation Platform Application. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with respondents required to register prior to submission. Vendors should allow at least one business day for file uploads given potential processing delays based on file size and internet connectivity. All responses must be successfully submitted and finalized before the advertised due date and time, after which all submissions become final, conclusive, and irrevocable with no amendments or corrections permitted. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses prior to the deadline, but any submissions in TDCJ's possession at the due date and time are deemed final.
Questions and requests for additional information must be submitted through the electronic bid system by dates specified in the solicitation. All amendments to the solicitation will be issued via public notice through the electronic bid system, and respondents bear responsibility for regularly checking for and obtaining any posted amendments. Upon completion of submission, respondents should verify that correct documents have been uploaded by accessing their account to review the submission status marked "Submission Complete." Technical assistance is available through Euna Procurement support at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via the Vendor Knowledgebase at https://customer.eunasolutions.com/public/s/knowledge-base/bonfire-hub.
