About this file
This is a Project Manual for the 2026 Curb Ramps Projects, a state and local infrastructure initiative in Pennsylvania. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to construct 14 curb ramp upgrades located on Bauman Road, Markley Road, Eagleview Lane, and Eaglet Lane, along with other related road work. The manual serves as the primary document governing project specifications, requirements, and construction standards that contractors must follow to successfully bid on and execute this work.
The Project Manual establishes the technical and contractual framework for the curb ramp construction project, including detailed specifications for materials, workmanship, and quality standards. Contractors responding to this opportunity should review all sections of the manual carefully, as it contains essential information regarding site conditions, accessibility requirements in compliance with applicable ADA standards, construction sequencing, and performance expectations. The document provides the baseline requirements that will be evaluated during the bid review process and serves as the binding reference for all work performance once a contract is awarded.
