This document is a delivery schedule memorandum from the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Complex Coleman for a produce procurement for the first quarter of FY26. The memo outlines four distinct delivery schedules for vendors, ranging from single shipments to 13 split deliveries between October 1 and December 31, 2025. Delivery requirements are specific, including palletized and wrapped items, temperature-controlled transportation (34-40°F for non-frozen items, 0°F or below for frozen items), and strict adherence to delivery windows between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

The associated solicitation (15B30225Q00000043) is a small business set-aside procurement for produce, using a competitive reverse auction process through Unison Marketplace. The solicitation targets vendors with up to 700 employees, classified under NAICS code 311999, with pricing submissions required by August 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Vendors must submit bids online, with deliveries destined for Coleman, FL 33521. Performance issues, such as missed delivery schedules or non-compliant product quality, may impact future contract awards. Vendors are advised to carefully review all specifications and delivery requirements to ensure successful participation.
