About this file

This is a First Addendum to a Request for Bid (RFB) for a crop lease at Sloughs Wildlife Management Area, issued by a state wildlife agency. The addendum addresses an administrative error in the original bid package, which included only one bid form when five separate forms were required. The solicitation encompasses crop production leasing opportunities across five distinct tracts: Cavanaugh/Muddy (289 acres), Crenshaw/Duncan (440 acres), Woods (324 acres), Grassy Pond-Powell's Lake (237 acres), and Highland Creek (170 acres), totaling 1,460 acres. Prospective bidders are instructed to submit bids using the specific bid form corresponding to the tract or tracts for which they wish to bid.

No pricing information, award dates, contract terms, or additional substantive bid requirements are detailed in this addendum. Bidders should reference the original RFB documents for complete information regarding bid submission procedures, evaluation criteria, pricing terms, and any other conditions governing the crop lease opportunity.
