About this file
This is the First Addendum to a Request for Bids (RFB) for crop leases on the Ballard, Boatwright, and Barren River Wildlife Management Areas, providing clarifications and answers to bidder questions submitted during the solicitation process. The addendum addresses procedural requirements for bid submission, including affidavit notarization, good faith check requirements, and acceptable delivery methods for sealed bid envelopes to the Bush Building via mail slot due to public access restrictions.
The addendum clarifies that only one good faith check is required to cover all tracts being bid upon, and that the Annual Affidavit for Bidders, Offerors, and Contractors must be notarized prior to bid submission. Bidders are required to complete the Solicitation Form with vendor, ordering, or payment information including business name, address, and contact information, with a signature at the bottom. Hand delivery of sealed bids is permitted through the designated mail slot entrance at the Bush Building, as the facility remains closed to public walk-in access.
