About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a U.S. Embassy audience analysis research contract (Solicitation number: 19UK5625Q0046). The contract runs from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, and requires a mixed-methods research approach focusing on public sentiment regarding U.S. policies. Key research components include one quantitative survey targeting 1,000 UK adults aged 18+ and qualitative focus groups, with the goal of conducting demographic analysis of attitudes toward the U.S. and its foreign policy to inform public outreach strategies.
Specific research requirements include: conducting all research with UK-based participants (excluding U.S. expats), using English-only sessions, establishing a UK office within 30 days of contract award, and including participant incentives in the firm's fixed price. The survey will use structured questions to assess understanding, resonance, persuasiveness, and impact of various messages. Proposals can be submitted in Word or PowerPoint with no page length or font size restrictions, and VAT should be listed as a separate line item if the offeror is VAT-registered in the United Kingdom. The final report's specific date is unspecified but must fall within the contract period.
