No Question Answer
How much notice will the vendor receive for a pick-up?
Usually a minimum of 24 hours, but more often it will be several days. It may occasionally be less than 24 hours, but this is exceptional.
How much time is allowed for the driver to get to the pick-up point before scheduled departure.
The driver is expected to be in place at the pick-up point and ready to leave 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Allowance for this additional time is part of the booking.
Will the U.S. Government be responsible for refuelling driverless vehicles upon return?
Driverless vehicles are used for storage and are not driven. The vendor’s driver will deliver driverless vehicles to the designated location. If a vehicle needs to be moved, we will contact the vendor and ask for a driver to be sent to undertake this. This will incur a Full Day charge as opposed to the 24 hour charge on the pricing table which is for storage.
How much notice will the vendor receive for driver-less vehicles?
At least 24 hours.
