Telecommunications provider in the USA.
Respondents are expected to provide service directly to the USA, or have contractual agreements directly with a USA tier-1 telecommunications provider to ensure quality service to the States. Providers should have redundant paths available in the event of a service interruption upstream (i.e. a cable cut on an undersea cable).

Yes, a visit will be arranged for the week of
March 4th
8
Given that at each mentioned site, it seems there are multiple services required does it mean that for each service the provider will need to have different fiber link and hence multiple termination devices at site? Or a single link will be terminated and all the services will be delivered through it? Need elaboration on the number of termination devices required.
Single line going into one device is acceptable
9
Regarding IP address requirement, there seems to be confusion as it was mentioned a block of sixteen IP is required on a single subnet, but on the second point it was mentioned /27 block which offers almost 32 IP address, can you please confirm the exact number of IPs required.

Will the required subnet being used at all 5 locations (U.S Embassy, CDC Office, 9 Toure Drive, 285 Toure Drive and Ali Hassan Mwinyi) or each site will require its own subnet? If a single subnet is required for all the sites, is there a possibility for each site to be allocated its own subnet block? It is my hope that these will be addressed during pre-bid meeting on 25th Feb 2019.
Separate subnets are required

The locations are already provided in the solicitation for each CLIN. Vendors may take the exact GPS coordinates during the site visit.
