1. SECTION 1 - CONTINUATION TO SF-1449, PRICES, BLOCK 23, the maximum amount of all orders on page no. 9 of the solicitation is changed from 140,000,000 Thai Baht to 142,000,000 Thai Baht and following paragraph is updated:

During this contract period, the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of 30,000 Thai Baht. This reflects the contract guarantee minimum for this period of performance. The amount of all orders shall not exceed 142,000,000 Thai Baht. This reflects the contract maximum for this period of performance.

2. SECTION 2 – ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT CLAUSES FAR AND DOSAR

CLAUSES NOT PRESCRIBED IN PART 12, is changed by adding following clauses:

• FAR clause 52.228-3 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE (DEFENSE

BASE ACT) (JUL 2014), this clause is incorporated by reference.

• DOSAR clause 652.228-70 Defense Base Act—Covered Contractor Employees (FEB 2015), this clause is incorporated in full text as follows:

3. SECTION 3 – SOLICITATION PROVISIONS, ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1, is changed by adding DBA insurance information to paragraph A.2 as follows:

The Offeror shall include Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance premium costs covering employees. The offeror may obtain DBA insurance directly from any Department of Labor approved providers at the DOL website at http://www.dol.gov/owcp/dlhwc/lscarrier.htm http://www.dol.gov/owcp/dlhwc/lscarrier.htm
