Question and Answers for RFQ No. 19SN1024Q0037
(1) In prior waves of fieldwork, if any, what technical challenges did the project encounter that limited its utility for PDS?
Timing of the fieldwork – Offeror must ensure that the fieldwork does not coincide with major holidays in Singapore to ensure they can get a good sampling and representation of the population to respond to the polling.
(2) Item 7 on page 8 of the solicitation package mentions "year-over-year comparison" in the analytical report. Will prior dataset(s) be provided?
Data from past reports will be provided if a new vendor is selected from this solicitation.
(3) Is there flexibility to replace the in-person briefing of findings with a remote briefing for cost efficiency?
We want to maintain the requirement to be in-person as listed in the Request for Quotation
(Item 7, page 8).
(4) How many focus group discussions does 1 lot entail, or are you looking for a recommendation? Given the lowest cost technically acceptable evaluation framework, we are mindful of accurately estimating the scope of this task.
We are looking for recommendation and advice on the usefulness of conducting such discussions to support/validate some of the findings in the polling.
