About this file

This document is a technical specification sheet (RFQ) for fuel delivery to the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines. The solicitation (19RP3825Q0082) requires the delivery of 30,000 liters of premium gasoline (minimum 95 octane) and 10,000 liters of diesel fuel (minimum 60 cetane) to the U.S. Embassy Seafront Gas Station located at 1501 Roxas Blvd, Pasay City on June 10, 2025, at 8:00 AM. Vendors must submit Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), provide color-coded fuel identification, and ensure fuel truck drivers are thoroughly trained in safety and operational procedures.

Additional requirements include bringing specific 2-inch diameter female connectors for delivery and ensuring fuel vehicles are in good operating condition without grease, oil, or flammable accumulations. The total order includes the fuel quantities and a separate line item for local delivery shipping costs. The solicitation is issued by the Department of State's Contracting and Acquisitions department, with a clear emphasis on fuel quality, safety protocols, and precise delivery specifications.
