Questions and Answers for Mobile phone solicitation # 19NG6019Q0004

Q# 1: The pricing sheet doesn’t indicate a section for the building out of a wireless network (e.g., base stations, core equipment, cabling) so we can offer wireless services. How does the network buildout get represented in the pricing section. – A#1: This information needs to be obtained from Cell Phone tower operators in Niger. US Embassy Niamey is requesting quotes for service and does not have ties to any Niger telecom providers. We are not seeking a build out of networks, but rather looking for cellphone service.

Q#2: I don’t see a section for pricing ongoing maintenance and running of a wireless network.

A#2: We are looking for service, not a build-up/maintain of infrastructure. US Embassy Niamey is requesting quotes for service and does not have ties to any Niger telecom provider.

Q#3: In Section 1; what is the Contractor Code and Facility Code that I am supposed to use.

A#3: These codes are not applicable for this requirement. However, please remember to provide your company’s DUNS number.
