1- Q- Pad Mounted Transformer – Will the maintenance include Dielectric Oil Test Analysis?
A- Yes, this will be included in the annual PM. The test result should be informed to the Post as soon as the results are ready.
2- Q- Pad Mounted Transformer – What electrical test will be required for the transformer?
TTR, Megger, Power Factor?
A.- On page 25 of the SoW indicates the next points:
1. Perform an insulation resistance Test.
2. Perform a power factor test.
3. Perform a high potential test at no more than 60 percent of the test voltage for a new transformer.
Follow the rules in ANSI C57.1290. Test primary to secondary and ground, and secondary to primary and ground.
3-Q- Electromagnetic Circuit Breakers – What is the right model, the spec indicates Siemens/Russelectric, however Russelectric is the panel integrator not the manufacturer nor a model Number, the Circuit breaker looks like is a CUBICLE 3WL11 or something like that, can you clarify please.

4-Q- Electromagnetic Circuit Breakers – Should we include the following tests?
Long Time Delay, Short time delay, instantaneous, ground fault of just cleaning and adjustments?
A.- These tests are not included in the SOW.
5-Q- Are the MV cables from the disconnecting switch to the transformer will be also tested?
Usually a VLF test is required, is not shown in the scope of work, will it be required?
A.- For this SOW the VLF cable test won’t be included but needs to take Megger readings between the contact blades and ground at the MV switch.
