About this file

This document is an amendment to Solicitation 19M05524Q0006 for the MSG Cook Contract. The purpose of the amendment is to post additional questions submitted by interested vendors along with the government's responses.

The solicitation is for a fixed-price contract to provide food services for the U.S. Government's U.S. Mission in Morocco for Marine Security Guards. The contract is for a one-year period with four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to establish and operate a food service program to provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner five days per week, as well as two prepared meals for each Marine to consume over the weekend. The meals must be prepared on-site at the Marine Security Guard Residences (MSGR). The amendment clarifies that U.S. based companies can bid on this requirement, and subcontracting is allowed as long as the offeror submits proof of an agreement with the subcontractor and complies with all related subcontracting clauses.
