About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal contract opportunity for MSG Cook/Food Services under Solicitation Number 19KG1026Q0004. The document does not address specific products or services required, pricing terms, or award information, as it consists solely of three clarification responses issued to prospective offerors.

The three questions and answers address qualification and submission requirements for potential contractors. Q1 clarifies that a local Registration Certificate is acceptable as evidence of an established business operation in Kyrgyzstan. Q2 specifies that financial resources must be demonstrated through a bank statement covering the most recent six-month period, rather than a single month's statement. Q3 indicates that instead of submitting a current insurance policy, offerors may provide a statement confirming their commitment to procure Third-Party Civil Liability Insurance upon contract award, including the name of the selected insurance provider. The question submission deadline is April 23, 2026, and the offer due date is May 4, 2026 at 05:00 pm UTC+06.
