ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS POSED BY INTERESTED PARTIES

Question #1: Are the IPVPN lines required at the speed of 15/3 MB as shown in section 1.II of the solicitation run through copper loops?

Answer #1: Section 1.VIII of the solicitation states that these digital services of 1.II shall be via Optic

Fiber or as necessary limited Copper loops. Currently the Embassy has two IP-VPN lines at the speed of

15/3 with copper and One via Optic Fiber.

Question #2: What is the specifications for 10/10MB and 50/50 MB metro bundled service lines referenced in section 1.II of the solicitation?

Answer #2: Section 1.VIII of the solicitation states that these digital services of 1.II shall be via

Optic Fiber or as necessary limited Copper loops. For the 10/10 and 50/50 MB bundled services the requirement is Optic Fiber.

Question #3: Line item 3.1 of the pricing sheet states one (1) dedicated internet channel at a minimum of 100 MBS. Does this requirement have to be above this speed?

Answer #3: No, the line item states at a minimum of 100 MBS and the speed may actually be at that speed. The speed does not have to be at a higher speed.

Question #4: What does the 20 MGB bundle refer to in line item 3.8 (Metro line –Bundled)?

Answer #4: The 20 MGB bundle in line item 3.8 (Metro Line – Bundled) refers to 20 Megabits of bundled services which include infrastructure and ISP provider bundled together in one service.
