About this file

This document is a modification (SF-30) to the solicitation 19FR6324Q0032 for the cleaning of gutters in various U.S. Government buildings in Paris, France. The modification updates the scope of work, which includes safety requirements, a list of the specific buildings and their estimated gutter quantities, and detailed cleaning requirements. The original solicitation was issued by the Department of State U.S. Embassy in Paris and is for a fixed-price contract with a base year and two one-year options. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting offers, which can be done electronically to the ParisContracting@state.gov address. The Government intends to award the contract to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror without discussions, if possible.
