Dear Prospective Quoter:
Subject: Request for Quotations number 19DA2024Q0001
We are pleased to invite you to submit a quotation for MSG Cook Services, as detailed in the enclosed Request for Quotations (RFQ), number 19DA2024Q0001. Please adhere to the guidelines in Section 3 of the RFQ, fill out the necessary parts of the attached document, and forward it to the address specified in the Standard Form 1449 accompanying this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we reserve the right to conduct discussions with companies within the competitive range if needed.
A pre-quotation conference is scheduled for January 5, 2024 at 11:00 CET at the Embassy of the United States of America, Dag Hammarskjölds Allé 24, 2100 Copenhagen O, Denmark.
Interested offerors/quoters must provide a list of names of the participants to Ms. Ulrika C Madsen via email (CopenhagenProcurement@state.gov) by 12:00 CET on January 3, 2024, to arrange access to the building. Prior notification is required for entry.
Submit your electronic quotations with the subject “19DA2024Q0001 MSG Cook Services” to CopenhagenProcurement@state.gov by January 16, 2024 at 10:00 CET. The submission should be in MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, not exceeding 30MB. If necessary, split larger files and send them in separate emails, each under 30MB.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Ms. Ulrika C Madsen at CopenhagenProcurement@state.gov by 17:00 CET on January 5, 2024.
To be considered, your quotation must include:
1. Completed SF-1449
2. Section I, Pricing
3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications
4. Additional information as required in Section 3
5. Proof of SAM Registration.

Note: Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
Please be aware that funding is not currently available for this solicitation. Quotes must remain valid for a period of 90 days.
