N/A – Leave block 18 blank, and do not select any entry from the pull-down menu for this block unless you are truly setting it aside for U.S. small business participation (which should be done if US type items are being required then this should be set aside). If you do, you will be making the acquisition a small business. Moreover, if an error is made and the synopsis is issued as some type of a small business set aside, you will need to cancel the synopsis and solicitation number and start the acquisition process over and with a new solicitation number.
