About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment, which modifies the solicitation for the LE Staff Health/Life Insurance Service contract (Solicitation Number 19CH5024R2000). The amendment revises Sections B.6.1 through B.6.6 of the pricing tables, providing updated details on the base year and four option years of the contract. The solicitation is for group health insurance services for U.S. Embassy employees and their dependents, as well as group life/accidental death & dismemberment/partial & total disability insurance coverage for locally hired employees only, for the Embassy and four consulates in China. The anticipated performance period is for one base year, with four one-year option periods. Offers must be submitted by the specified due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a firm fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.
