19AQMM18R0336 – Questions & Answers
REFERENCE QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
Attachment 13 The government’s Attachment 13 from Amendment 003 has existing formulas for the total column H. However, it appears that the formula is incorrectly overstating the total price. The formula multiplies columns D, F, and G. However, the number of hours in column G is already based on the number of positions in column D. By multiplying the rate times the number of positions and the number of hours, the total price is overstated.
Should we revise the formula to get to the correct total price, or should we leave the formula as is?
Yes, the Offeror should adjust the total formula (Column H) to multiply the Rate (Column F) by No. Hours (Column G). This applies to both the Rosslyn and Bangui tabs.
