Statement of Work Summary: Lease of Parking Spaces
This Statement of Work (SOW) is an Amendment 0001 for the lease of 84 secured, covered parking spaces for law enforcement personnel assigned to the Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) located at 12200 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191. The contractor must provide unrestricted access to the parking spaces 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year to accommodate ingress, egress, and potential overnight parking for a mixed fleet of law enforcement vehicles including sedans, SUVs, trucks, and vans. The designated parking location must be situated within a 0.1 mile (500 feet) radius of the HSTF facility to ensure officer safety and minimize exposure to inclement weather while enabling quick response times. Parking passes will be issued for each vehicle and must be displayed in the vehicle's window at all times for secured entry.
The Period of Performance consists of one base year plus three option periods, commencing June 4, 2026 through June 3, 2030. The base period runs from June 4, 2026 to June 3, 2027, followed by three consecutive one-year option periods. The SOW prohibits the display of license plates and other identifying methods for federal vehicles and requires that the parking location not be subject to construction limitations that would necessitate leaving vehicle keys with a parking attendant, ensuring full autonomous access for authorized personnel.
