About this file

This document is Attachment 5 - Questions and Answers for a federal solicitation for Mini First Aid Kits (M-FAK) for the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). The attachment clarifies two key contractor questions: (1) confirming the request is for the MFAK case (Manufacturer Part #: 85-3489) with specific included medical supplies, and (2) verifying that quoted prices should reflect both the case and the following contents: (1) CAT tourniquet, (1) hemostatic gauze, (1) four-inch pressure bandage, (2) occlusive dressings, (1) pair of large tan nitrile gloves, (1) nasopharyngeal airway with lubricant, and (1) pair of trauma shears. The government explicitly confirmed that contractors should price the complete kit with all specified medical equipment.
