Request for Quote (RFQ) 192119VHQ4CCC0020

This is a Sole Source RFQ issued in accordance with the procedures listed under FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order in response to this RFQ. This RFQ incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-04.

Quote shall provide pricing for the following item as listed in the table below:

CLIN Description of Item(s) Quantity 0001 Spyder Forensic Enterprise License Dataset 1 EA

Email all questions pertaining to this RFQ to Ahisha.L.Alexander@ice.dhs.gov and reference Request for Quote: 192119VHQ4CCC0020 in your subject line. Deadline for questions or concerns regarding this RFQ shall be submitted no later than 9:00am CST, Tuesday, September 10, 2019.

Quote(s) shall be submitted electronically via email to Ahisha Alexander at Ahisha.L.Alexander@ice.dhs.gov. Quotes are due by 9AM CST, Wednesday, September 11, 2019.

There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government. Please include any discounts from your commercial pricing that may be available to federal agencies. Shipping/delivery costs, if any, shall be included with your quote. Shipping is FOB Destination.

If no quote will be provided, the Government respectfully requests vendor(s) submit a “no quote” response within two calendar days of the RFQ release.

Quotes will be evaluated using the LPTA method offering the Best Value to the government. Price and Technical Acceptability will be used in determining award.

TECHNICAL ACCEPABILITY: To be determined technically acceptable, offer(s) must meet or exceed the specifications listed within the table above, and other terms and conditions in the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. Offerors that propose other than the delivery date identified in the specification may still be determined technically acceptable if the delivery date proposed supports the Government’s requirements. The offer must be determined to be technically acceptable before further consideration.

PRICE: Offeror(s) shall submit a price quotation in accordance with the deliverables provided above.
