About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) related to equipment delivery to a U.S. Embassy facility.
The document addresses two key clarifications regarding the solicitation requirements. First, it clarifies delivery and placement logistics, specifying that contractors are required to unload equipment at a designated ground-floor receiving area within the U.S. Embassy compound rather than transporting and placing equipment inside the cafeteria or other interior locations. Second, the document addresses the submission requirements for proposed equivalent or replacement models under the RFQ's Or-Equal Clause, requiring that applicable technical datasheets for any proposed models be included with the quotation to enable proper evaluation and approval by the contracting agency.
