This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the American Embassy in Shanti Path, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi on Amendment No. A001, dated July 24, 2026. The amendment modifies Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0095 and extends the deadline for receipt of offers.

The amendment describes a Revision in Scope of Work for mechanical, valving, and piping modifications at the embassy facility. The scope includes: pipe adaptations using high-strength concentric/eccentric carbon steel reducers to step down primary distributions from a new building into regional residential circuits; installation of industrial-grade Butterfly Valves (BFV) for isolation lines and Static/Dynamic Manual Balancing Valves (BLV) on Chilled Water Return and Heating Water Return lines for hydraulic regulation; erection of structural steel support frames using ISMC sections with adjustable saddle assemblies and neoprene anti-vibration pads; and hydrostatic testing of the newly completed interconnection loop assembly at 1.5× maximum working pressure (minimum 10.5 kg/cm² / 150 PSI) for four hours. The amendment deletes the requirement for welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections, including multi-pass butt welding with certified Indian Boiler Regulations or ASME Section IX qualified welders, 100% Visual Inspection, and 25% Radiographic/Magnetic Particle Testing. The contracting officer is Royee M. Branch II, with the document signed August 7, 2026.
