About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing Matrix for Request for Proposal No. 190000001724 issued by the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) for armory door installation and renovation work. The RFP requests pricing for labor and materials associated with interior single doors, interior double doors, exterior single doors, and exterior double doors at multiple armory locations to be determined. Contractors must submit pricing schedules in modifiable formats such as Microsoft Word or Excel, with the option to also submit non-modifiable formats. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as requested may result in proposal disqualification.

Pricing for the project is structured on a cost-per-hour basis multiplied by estimated hours for each door type category. Materials, including all hardware, paint, sweeps, closers, and weather stripping, are to be quoted at cost plus 10 percent. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment terms and must specify any discount percentage available if invoices are paid within a stated number of days after receipt. By submitting a proposal, contractors certify that prices were developed independently without consultation or agreement with other contractors. The specific labor rates, hourly estimates, and material cost percentages are left blank for contractor completion.
