The District has elected to solicit requests for proposals under the requirements set forth by the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 2 Grants and Agreements, Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200). Following these federal requirements will allow for federal funds entrusted to the District to be used to make purchases through an awarded District contract. The District reserves the right at any time within the contract term to require an awarded supplier to reaffirm, sign and resubmit proper documentation stating that their company is not debarred, nor have any other circumstances changed related to their original response.
