| # | Question | Answer |
| 1 | Section 1.0 Instructions for Contractors notes that performers should "All contractors responding to this announcement must demonstrate their experience in the tasks outlined in Section 4.2 below." however, the document posted only goes to 4.0... no tasks are listed. Please clarify what section you are refering to. | Please use the udpated questionnaire which correctly aligns with the document. |
| 2 | I have reviewed the 1) Expert Panel RFI, the 2) RFI Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement and the 3) RFI Attachment 2 – Market Research Questionnaire and wanted to alert you to a small hurdle that may prevent any business from being able to complete the work requested. |
For us, in the State of Iowa, in order to comply with GDPR, CCPA and other state data protection policies, [my company] has to take an aggressive stance on the type of data we collect and report. We can collect sensitive information about consumers, but we cannot report it at an individual level but only in aggregate. Your RFP requires us to collect FICO score and a household identifier and these pieces of information coupled with the fact that you want data at per-person level prevents us from adhering to the data protection laws.
We want to be considered for this project and will submit the required information once you can advise us on how to get around the requirement of collecting the FICO score and household identifier along with data at the per-person level.
| This notice does not require collection of sensitive information about consumers, this question seems to be for an unrelated project. |
