1. In Section B Column "Quantity", is "Rental" meant to be "Retail"?

Yes “rental” is meant to be “retail”.

1. The following time periods are correct.

1. Denver-Aurora, CO combined statistical area from January 2017 through December 2018

1. Pittsburgh-New Castle-Weirton, PA-OH-WV combined statistical area from January 2017 thru December 2018

1. Raleigh-Cary, NC CSA combined statistical area from January 2015 thru December 2018

1. Is the number of transactions meant to be a minimum for each geography or are we expected to deliver exactly 400,000 transactions? ie. Minimum of 400,000 retail transactions for the time period of January 2017 through December 2019. In our dataset we have 528,262 transactions for the period that we would provide.

The vendor is expected to deliver exactly 400,000 transactions

1. Our legal team accepts the terms of this agreement. Our concern is the Section 508 requirements. Can Section 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders" be made not applicable to this agreement? Unfortunately, we are unable to remove the 52.212-5 Clause. If not, is there a way to ensure that our Excel deliverable meets 508 requirements?
