The vendor must have the capability of retrieving vehicles in an expeditious manner, within approximately 10 minutes of being notified a vehicle is needed.

The agency must have the ability to cancel parking spaces as needed, by providing advanced notice to the vendor (approx. 30 days).

The vendor can provide 10 parking spaces for normal sized (non-SUVs) vehicles for the required period of performance, inclusive of option periods.

The parking garage is safe and secured. OIG defines secure parking as 24/7 gate or guard controlled accessible parking.

The parking facility must be open 24/7 and individuals must have 24/7 access to their vehicles.

The parking garage is located within a one block (approximate) radius of 26
