3 13 C.2.C Several of the trades listed indicate FT for Full-Time. If a trade does not have FT next to it, does that imply it is part-time? For example, Culinary Arts has 30 slots but they are not designated as FT. Does this mean the 30 slots are 0.5 slots? Please confirm.

10 18 F.5 Deliverables
In reviewing the arrival goal data in the NEAP, it appears Penobscot JCC is required to arrive 110 students to the Loring Center.
However, the Loring Center is required to arrive 220 students to Penobscot. In analyzing all workforce development areas for the state of Maine, the counties with the highest population (and largest numbers of eligible youth) are outside the Loring recruitment zone. Has the government considered adjusting the arrival goals for the Loring and Penobscot centers?
At this time, the government has not considered adjusting the arrival goals for the Loring and Penobscot centers.
