5 Missing Tasks Part 5 Specific Tasks, Page 14

The request for quotation does not contain tasks 11 through 18. I think this is just a numbering problem, and task 19 actually is task 11.

Do tasks 11 through 18 exist?

This is correct, this is due to a numbering issue in the Solicitation.

6 Missing Task Part 5 Specific Tasks, Page 14 The tasks go from #22 to #24. I think this also is a numbering problem and there is no task 23. Does task 23 exist?

This is correct, this is due to a numbering issue in the Solicitation.

9 Programmes How many programmes are currently implaced?

This question is unclear. The UI program encompasses a number of underlying programs that operate within the umbrella of the Federal-

State Unemployment Insurance system. Examples include regular state UI, unemployment compensation for ex-Federal employees, unemployment compensation for ex-service members, and an extended benefit program which triggers on based on particular economic conditions being met. In addition, the UI system may include temporary episodic programs such as those implemented through the CARES Act in March 2020 to provide extended and/or enhanced benefits to claimants during severe economic downturns.

10 Beneficiaries How many beneficiaries within each unemployment programme?

OUI relies on the number of UI first payments as a measure of beneficiaries within the UI program. During the 12-months ending

12/31/2022, there were 4.4 million beneficiaries in the UI program.

Furthe rinformation on program participation is available through various reports and data resources which may be found on the OUI website at: https://oui.doleta.gov/unemploy/
