About this file
This request for proposal solicits offers for expansion of registered apprenticeship programs through industry intermediaries services. The Department of Labor seeks up to four contractors to launch, promote, and expand multi-employer registered apprenticeship models across three or more states or nationally. Over base and option years, contractors must facilitate recruitment and placement of at least 1,500 new apprentices in the first 24 months and an average of 750 apprentices annually thereafter. Offerors should propose fully burdened hourly rates and staffing plans to perform requirements in the performance work statement, including recruitment and placement of apprentices in national occupational targets, data tracking and reporting, and program development support. Proposals are due no later than October 18, 2021. Award will be made based on evaluation of technical capability, past performance, and price.
