About this file
This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Grand Jury Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) in the Eastern District of Washington. The solicitation (15JA0525Q00000041) includes three key attachments: a list of authorized individuals who can place work orders, a sample court reporting/work order form, and an RFP checklist for potential offerors.
The RFP requires offerors to submit four volumes: (1) resumes of key personnel with references, proposing 1-5 personnel, (2) past performance references from the last three years, (3) a two-page summary of experience addressing recording methods and grand jury security measures, and (4) a price proposal.
