Questions & Answers

Solicitation #15JA0524Q00000084

1. I’m hoping to find out if the work outlined in the RFP is currently being performed under an incumbent contract or task order and if this is new work that is being procured. If there is an incumbent, is it possible to learn the name of the current vendor and corresponding contract or task order number?

Incumbent contracts are #15JA05-19-D-00000033 with Free State Reporting, Inc. and #15JA0519D00000165 with Wright Watson & Associates LLC.

2. I did not see the instruction for submitting to this Solicitation other than pricing, location, and qualifications. Can you please explain how would you like the solicitation to be submitted?

Instructions for providing a quote are in Section 7 of the attachments, Addendum to 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Sept 2023).

3. Do you want me to figure out a rate per page for the Government-supplied audio files that includes my writing time?

Yes, to be provided in applicable line items in the Pricing Schedule.

4. I don’t know what Item No. 13 is, USAfx Transcript Submission.

This is to submit transcripts to the USAO through USAfx, which is a secure electronic file transfer system.

5. I’m assuming Item No. 14, Certified Mail Transcript Submission, is for the rare occasion that the AUSA wants a paper Original transcript printed and mailed to them?

Correct.

6. There is also not a Miscellaneous Item No. where I would bill my parking fees and Etranscripts. I see there is an Item No. 29 for travel expenses if I’m asked to attend in person to El Paso or Pecos.

Parking fees, if in accordance with the Contract and Federal Travel Regulation, would be billed to Travel CLINs along with all other travel expenses. I do not know what “Etranscripts” is and cannot answer.
