Q1. In order to price transcription services accurately, we need to have different pricing for English and for Spanish recordings; the Q&A makes clear that this is indeed possible.
However, in order to price these services, we need to know how many minutes of recording will be in Spanish, and how many minutes will be in English (specifically for CLINs 1 through 4). For example, for CLIN 0001, of the 195 minutes, how many of those will be in English, and how many will be in Spanish?
A1. Estimated Transcription Minutes per service time are as follows:

Regular 162 minutes 33 minutes 195 minutes Premium 118 minutes 7 minutes 125 minutes Priority 88 minutes 36 minutes 124 minutes Urgent 430 minutes 80 minutes 510 minutes
