(2) Perform a complete external visual inspection of the FM-200 cylinders every 5 years, reference NFPA 2001, 7.2.2. This five-year inspection is required next in the first quarter of the contract in FY2018.
(3) Perform pressure testing of rooms protected by clean agent in accordance with NFPA requirements. Visually inspect the overall room enclosure protected by the clean agent at least every 12 months to determine if penetrations have occurred that could lead to agent leakage or if other changes have occurred that could change the room volume or hazard, or both. Where the inspection indicates conditions that could result in the inability to maintain the clean agent concentration, the conditions shall be corrected in accordance with NFPA 2001, 7.4. This inspection shall occur at only one time during the contract period and shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). Pressure testing requires control of all of the entry and exit access points to protected areas. Pressure testing was conducted for Pod 1, Pod 2 and Pod 3 in May 2011, and is required next in the third quarter of the contract in FY2016.

One-time enrollment in IPP means that you will receive a series of e-mails from Treasury services. The first email will have the IPP Logon ID and link to the IPP application. A second e-mail, containing the password will be sent within 24 hours.
Once you receive these emails, please login to the IPP application and complete the registration process.
Benefits of registering with IPP include the ability for your company to create invoices directly from a contract award and submit them electronically, as well as:
• e-mail notification when invoice(s) are paid
• online payment history
• remittance download
The e-mail notification of payment is sent when a payment is distributed to your bank http://www.ipp.gov/vendors/index.htm account and will include all pertinent payment information. Attached is a list of contract awards that will be processed via IPP.
The IPP Customer Support Desk is available to assist users Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 8:00AM - 6:00PM ET, including answering any questions related to accessing IPP or completing the registration process. Their toll-free number is 866-973-3131 or they can be reached at: IPPCustomerSupport@fms.treas.gov. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Controller Operations Division Help Desk at: 1-877-243-3072 or via e-mail at: cod.help@usda.gov.
