The scope of work includes assessment and repair of the hydraulic pump, replacement of hydraulic pump fittings, and replacement of the oil pan drain plug. Text version

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain repair services for the hydraulic pump on a Government-owned forklift. Vendors are requested to assess and repair the hydraulic pump and identify any additional components or underlying issues that may require repair or replacement during the service. The Government currently anticipates this requirement to be a one-time repair; however, vendors should notify the Government if additional services are necessary following inspection. Vendors are also requested to provide an estimated timeframe for completion of the repairs. Please indicate whether pickup and delivery of the forklift will be required or if the repairs can be performed at the Government’s facility. Vendors should verify the unit’s serial number to ensure the correct configuration and applicable components are identified, as manufacturers may change parts based on serial number. Additionally, vendors should specify whether the hydraulic pump, fittings, and drain plug will be provided by the Government or should be included as part of the vendor’s quotation.
