About this file

This document is a Sample BPA Call Order that provides contractors with DEA's projected annual estimates to be ordered against a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The purpose is to obtain pricing from contractors for various pharmacological studies to evaluate the abuse potential of hallucinogenic substances, including drug discrimination, pharmacokinetic, and locomotor assays. Contractors must provide pricing on an "all or none basis" for the entire set of sample work, which will be used to determine the proposed fixed rates in the Pricing Sheet. The related federal contract opportunity is for the "Evaluation of Abuse Potential of Hallucinogenic Substances Using In Vivo Pharmacological Studies" on behalf of the Drug Enforcement Administration.
