| Upon review of the RFP, can the Government help clarify the basis of pricing? The initial RFP refers to this being a FAR 15, but also included references to GSA MAS and IFF being included in our proposed rates (which would be FAR 8.4). Amendment 2 removed references to GSA MAS and the IFF. Can the Government please confirm whether this is a GSA MAS schedule based bid, or a stand-alone contract where the Offeror will create their own labor categories and rates? |
This is an open marked acquisition under FAR Part 15. References to FAR 8.4 and IFF were intentionally removed.

| In Section M.3 it states “bottom line grand total for all five years”. However, Section B indicates the contract PoP will be for a base plus two option periods. Please provide clarification on whether the period of performance will be a total of 5 years or a base plus two option periods. |
