Solicitation 15BNAS24Q00000015 Question and Answer (Q&A) Responses

1. The document lists out a base period and then an Option Period 1, 2, 3, 4, and a six-month option period.

Response: Yes, the requirement should include pricing for a Base Period with Option Periods and a 6 (six) month option.

2. We are looking at needing books only at the start up – and no additional books needing to be purchased throughout the remainder of the bid? Or are the totals listed for the entire bid period?

Response: Updated books will be needed during the bid when the vendor makes updated editions.

3. And then where would we account for the shipping of the books? Do I need to incorporate the shipping into the per book cost?

Response: Books will be shipped to institutions running the program. Shipping should be incorporated into the cost of the book.
