Q&A

1. Can you please clarify which courses are expected to be printed for curriculum? The schedule of supplies and services is not clear. Assessment of the 3 basic skills is referenced but nothing for curriculum. Can you please confirm it is the same 3 for curriculum?

Answer: All classroom textbooks, workbooks, lesson plans or other learning materials addressing the curriculum will be available in print version for classroom instructional use.

i. Math/Technical Skills

iii. Communication – Verbal and non-Verbal

iv. And other desirable workplace and/or soft skills

Curriculum refers to all content and course materials and shall be available in print version for each facility. Test and Assessment are the product or tools that measures progress and skills and should also be in print format.

2. After further review of the SOW and the Evaluation Criteria, we noticed numerous discrepancies between the two documents.

The Evaluation Criteria document contains 1 additional requirement under Content

Curriculum and Assessments that is not contained within the SOW.

The SOW contains 2 additional requirements under Test and Data Integrity that are not reflected in the Evaluation Criteria document.

The SOW contains 2 additional requirements under Support/Training that are not reflected in the Evaluation Criteria document.

Answer: The SOW is the most comprehensive in identifying the minimum requirements of the project. The SOW should be used in conjunction with the Evaluation Criteria in ensuring minimum requirements and the most desirable components are included in the proposals.

3. Can you please indicate which document we should consider the most comprehensive in identifying the requirements for this project?
