SPECIFICATIONS

SUBJECT

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against an existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract for the provision of 20 - Hemodialysis Machines and supplies. The machine is unique since it has been selected as the Dialysis Machine to be standardize for Federal Bureau of Prisons Dialysis Department. FCC Butner requires Dialysis Services for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Butner, North Carolina. The FCC includes the Federal Medical Center (FMC), the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI-1), the Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Federal Correctional Institution II (FCI-2), and the Low Security Correctional Institution (LSCI). The primary duties will be performed at the FMC.

SUPPLIES TO BE PROVIDED

The contractor will supply 20 - Hemodialysis Machines that meet the attached list of specifications (ATTACHMENT I). The machines will be delivered to the warehouse. The physical address is Old NC Highway 75, Butner NC 27509
