MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Speech Language Pathologist

Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service is for the provision of Speech Language Pathologist. The services will be provided at the FMC Devens, located at 42 Patton Rd, Ayer, MA 01432.

The contract shall consist of five (5) performance periods (5 years): one 12-month base year with four 12-month option years for renewal. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite delivery requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices. It is estimated 1104 sessions (session is one hour) will be needed for the first 12 months, and an estimated 1104 sessions for each option year. The services will be required Monday through Friday, four days per week, 9:00am-3:30 pm excluding Federal Holidays at estimated 24 hours per week with a mutually agreed upon schedule. The schedule is subject to be adjusted to meet program requirements and the needs of the institution.

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from market research will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. A draft copy of the Statement of Work is attached to this Market Research Questionnaire. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a BPA may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. The information gathered from the market research will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for the information requested nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Government contemplates awarding a contract with firm-fixed unit prices on/about October 2023. This is a new requirement.

These services are listed in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code Category 561320 Temporary Help Services. The size standard is 34 million.
