QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Does the BOP have any estimates regarding the typical or average number of patients for each on-site clinic for this RFP?
No.
2. Does the BOP have any examples of the specific types of MRI and Ultrasound/Echo’s performed by the mobile units?
No.
3. Who are the current contracted specialists?
The incumbent is Naphcare, Inc.
4. Via page 21, what is the timeline notice to obtain an ATO?
All covered contracts are governed by security clause defined in PGD 15-03 which requires contractors to be compliant with FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, DOJ and OMB guidelines. Contractors need an ATO. A Covered Contract is any contract, order or other commitment under which the contractor, or a subcontractor at any tier, including a cloud service provider, may access, collect, store, process, maintain, use, share, retrieve, disseminate, transmit, or dispose of DOJ Information.
The Bureau of Prisons would be responsible for providing the ATO. The BOP contact for ATO information is Mohammed Alvi and can be reached via email: malvi@bop.gov or at 202.305.0630.
5. Is the contractor responsible for the cost of the ambulance?
No. Ambulance Services is not an included requirement of this solicitation.
6. How will the successful offeror receive eligible inmate information?
See Output #4 and #5 of Attachment 2: Performance Work Statement of the solicitation.
7. Can you confirm the contracted hospitals?
Not Provided.
8. Could you please share the rates for the previous contract (Attachment 1)?
